Family oriented teaching is one of the prime goals aimed by the Holy Family congregation founded by Blessed Mariam Thressia in 1914. When St. Joseph’s E.M.H.S. started functioning in 1964 in the serene and tranquil atmosphere of the remote village of Aloor near Mala Thrissur District, the formation of good facilities by imparting divine wisdom through good education was the goal behind it. The tree, thus planted in the soil of St.Joseph’s by the Holy family Congregation has spread and its branches on the blessed campus among which thousands of tomorrow’s promises perch and fluttertheir wings seeking knowledge and wisdom imparted by a team of dedicated facility with parental affection in a family atmosphere.
The initiative for paving the way for the foundation of the school was taken by the visionary insight of Rev. Fr. Vadakkoot and Rev. Sr. Treesa Jose seed sown by the far sightedness by of these two personalities was later given manure and water by the sweat and toil of Rev.Sr. Baatrice and different managers of different times. The school has reached its present status and glory by the selfless efforts taken by the former Headmistresses like Rev. Sr. Susan Fabrorca, Rev. Sr. pious Ambooken, Rev. Sr. Maggie and Rev.
